These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bp33. By accessing or using any part of the bp33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Important Notice — Please Read Before Using bp33

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bp33. Using the bp33 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet all constitute your full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. bp33 is an adult entertainment platform intended strictly for users aged 21 and above.

By accessing, browsing, or using the bp33 platform at bp33.vip (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering.

bp33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you disagree with any modification, your remedy is to cease using the Platform.

To register an account and use the bp33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. bp33 may request verification of any of these criteria at any stage. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility criterion is grounds for account suspension or termination without notice.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. bp33 does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances, and will take all necessary steps to prevent underage gambling on the Platform.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are prohibited from entering contracts under any applicable law, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
  • You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bp33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • You must hold a valid, verified Bangladeshi mobile number or email address to complete registration and to receive account communications including one-time verification codes and withdrawal notifications.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bp33 or any of its game providers, software vendors, or payment processing partners. Employees and close associates of bp33 are not permitted to maintain active player accounts.

bp33 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point where account activity warrants review. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identity documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each individual may hold only one account on the bp33 Platform. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared devices or IP addresses) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. The following obligations apply to your account:

  • You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Any person who gains access to your account using your login credentials is deemed to be acting with your authorisation.
  • You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. bp33 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
  • You must notify bp33 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised in any way.
  • Account balances on bp33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds deposited to your account may only be used for the purpose of placing bets and wagers on the Platform. Account balances are not transferable to other users.

bp33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights or obligations associated with it to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

bp33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. bp33 does not accept third-party payments. Depositing funds from an account that does not belong to you is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the Platform:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a processing delay before any return is initiated.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.
  • bp33 does not charge a transaction fee for withdrawals to local mobile wallets. Any fees charged by your mobile network operator or financial institution are beyond bp33's control and are your responsibility.
  • bp33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure.

All transactions on the bp33 Platform are logged and retained for compliance purposes. bp33 operates a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering, fraud, and any attempt to exploit payment systems. Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent transaction patterns will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited. bp33 may report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

bp33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of activation. The following general bonus conditions apply across all bp33 promotions:

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is displayed on the promotion card before you activate the offer.
  • Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds or free spins not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically. The expiry date is displayed in your account bonus wallet.
  • A player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to account termination.
  • bp33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already activated a bonus under that promotion, the player's existing bonus balance and any wagering progress already accumulated will be honoured.
  • Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute toward wagering requirements and any winnings generated from excluded games while a bonus is active may be voided.

bp33 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of automated betting tools or bots, syndicated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, and any other strategy that bp33 determines to be exploitative in nature. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses cancelled, winnings forfeited, and accounts terminated.

All bets placed on bp33 — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or any other game type — are governed by the following general betting rules in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the Platform. By placing a bet you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable rules for that bet.

  • All bets are final once confirmed. bp33 does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where bp33 determines that a manifest error occurred in the display of odds, game outcome, or market settlement.
  • bp33 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in market creation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account without any winnings.
  • Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per account per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface on the Platform. bp33 is not obliged to pay winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout limit for a given event or market.
  • Collusion, match-fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with betting is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all winnings and balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you must raise the dispute with bp33 customer support within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. bp33's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject only to a formal internal appeal process which customer support can initiate on your behalf.

bp33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders and can be activated at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support:

  • Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit to your account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
  • Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. You can also enable a session reminder that displays elapsed time during an active session.
  • Take a break: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a take-a-break period, you cannot log in or place bets, but your account and balance are preserved and restored at the end of the period.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact bp33 customer support to initiate self-exclusion.

The following security obligations apply:

If you receive a communication purporting to be from bp33 that requests this information, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our customer support team immediately.

All content on the bp33 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the compilation of all such content — is the property of bp33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bp33 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of bp33. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of bp33.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer any software component; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any automated tool, bot, or script to access or interact with the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp33 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the Platform. The following specific exclusions apply:

  • bp33 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the Platform. Gambling involves risk and you accept that you may lose money when placing bets or playing games on bp33.
  • bp33 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or service maintenance — whether scheduled or unscheduled. Where a bet is accepted but cannot be settled due to a technical failure, bp33 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome using available data.
  • bp33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bp33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have additional statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.

bp33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bp33 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

  • You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, bonus terms, betting rules, or account security obligations.
  • bp33 suspects that your account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
  • You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
  • bp33 is required to close the account by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a competent regulatory or government authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity, bp33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach or fraud (for example, as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the applicable verification process is completed.

bp33 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bp33 will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. bp33 will retain a copy of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute for reference purposes.
